Got the same suite with a jacuzzi booked online, greatly enjoyed that. The room had a private safe, climate control, and a sofa bed plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The location was good and amazing and the services were good. The employees of the hotel were truly kind and exceptionally kind.

Everything was very good, so were stunningly beautiful views of the harbor. The hotel was well-maintained and in a central location very close to Venetian harbor, Crete and Chania and the old town / port. The triple room was new-fashioned and had a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities, and a TV set.

Appreciated my really good stay out of town. It had attentive and competent staff. My room was beautifully decorated and well-appointed and featured stunningly beautiful view of the harbor. The restaurant had savoury and generous meals for breakfast. The location was top - ease of access to a restored synagogue. This hotel met the needs in every way, can just recommend.

I enjoyed the room, it was immaculately clean and cheap and had a traditional decor. The great and fantastic location was a short walk to Chania Town.
